The Japan Operations program office is the proud sponsor of the program Management Pipeline program (PMPP). The intent of this unique initiative is to groom high potential candidates, both within and outside of Raytheon, to become Raytheon program managers of tomorrow.
The 12- to 15-month program is designed to allow selected individuals to actively participate in managing a variety of existing Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) programs.
